Senior Fullstack Developer

I'm Tal, founder of Greeto. I'm looking for a senior engineer who owns features end to end — from the Firebase data model to the last pixel of the React UI — and ships fast without breaking things. You'll build real products people use every day, including web apps that keep working when the network doesn't.

What you'll do

• Own features front to back. Design the data, build the API, ship the UI, watch it in production.
• Build offline-first web apps. Apps that stay fast and usable on flaky connections and sync cleanly when they're back online.
• Work on Firebase + Google Cloud. Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, and the surrounding GCP services — data modeled well and rules that hold up.
• Move at AI-native speed. Lean on Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to ship more, and know when to trust them and when to overrule them.

Must-haves

• 4+ years building and shipping production web apps.
• Strong Node.js and React — comfortable across the whole stack, not just one side.
• Real Firebase + Google Cloud experience — Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions.
• Offline-first know-how — caching, local persistence, sync, and conflict resolution.
• AI-native workflow — you already build with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor daily.
• Israel-based. This role is open to developers located in Israel.

Nice to have

• Capacitor — shipping web apps as native iOS/Android.
• Mobile app experience — you've put an app in front of real users.
